1. All the Vendors, Agencies, Contractors and or Beneficiaries shall be invariably registered with KSPHC.

2. In pursuance of the above the necessary registration charges as fixed from time to time should be paid.

3. All the parties desirous of dealing through e-Commerce shall execute MOU as per the prescribed format with KSPHC on Non Judicial Stamp Paper.

4. Usage is restricted within the validity of the registration.

5. After the expiry of validity of registration, the same has to be got renewed.
